Bay Cast Technology
Bay Cast Technology base plates are Cast in alloyed 35-60 tensile materials. Bay Cast's surface plates are used when a precision surface is a key facture. These plates offer a high tolerance flatness and superior micro-finish with extreme stability and rigidity.
The modular construction and unique installation methods for these surface plates enable very large assemblies to be levelled to within 0.002". Flame-hardened guide bars, portage slots, or check grooves can also be added to your surface plate to accommodate any coordinate measuring system.
